Scope of data

When you contact AllPoint, we may process your name, company details, email address, phone number, message content and any other information you voluntarily provide.

When you use the website, technical server logs may include the IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested URL and security event data.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to answer enquiries, prepare offers, conduct B2B communication and take steps before concluding or performing a contract.

Data may also be processed to operate and secure the website, keep technical logs, establish or defend legal claims and meet legal obligations.

The legal bases may include Article 6(1)(b), Article 6(1)(c) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If AllPoint asks for separate consent in the future, the basis will be Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Data may be shared with hosting, IT, email, accounting, legal and logistics providers only where it is necessary for the above purposes.

Correspondence data is kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry, maintain the business relationship and secure potential claims.

Technical logs are kept only for operational and security purposes, normally for no longer than 12 months, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

You may request access to data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, withdrawal of consent and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

The current website version does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. It may use only technical mechanisms necessary to display and secure the website.

If non-essential cookies or analytics are added later, AllPoint should ask for consent before storing or reading such identifiers on the user's device, unless the law allows an exception.

Automated decisions

The website does not use automated decision-making, including profiling, that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect users.
